- All players are to report to their designated tee not less than 8 minutes before hit-off time.
Players failing to adhere to both of these requirements will be liable to:
- lose their place in the group to another player, or
- cause their group to be stood aside, with no guarantee that an alternative time will be made available.
Cancellations, No Shows and Block Bookings
Members will incur a charge of $50 for cancellations, no shows and blocking spots for themselves and $150 for any guests 24 hours out from your tee time.
Green Staff
While, in general terms, course staff have right of way, they are under instructions to be courteous and as unobtrusive as possible. Players are advised that if the flag stick is removed from the green by course staff, no shots are to be played to that green. Players are required to exercise care at any time when greens staff are in the area of play.
Lightning and Thunderstorms
Lightning presents a serious risk of death or injury on the golf course. Due to the unpredictability of lightning strikes it is not possible to determine when players are at risk. The Club will not be liable for death or injury by lightning by attempting to forecast it.
